BACKGROUND: During the January 1111, 2023 meeting, the ATAC unanimously supported the attached 2023- 2028 shared -use paved trail construction plan. DISCUSSION: At the end of each year, the ATAC reviews the trail construction priority plan for the next 5- years. This process involves several meetings with public input and prioritization of trail construction using the scoring matrix developed as part of the Fayetteville Mobility Plan.
