To City Staff,
I wanted to send a quick note, as I may be unable to attend tonight’s commission meeting. I am a neighbor to the south
of this proposed project.
I am in support of the new development along Stonebridge. This will help support commercial space and affordable
housing in the area. Also, it will help support the golf course which is a great amenity for the city of Fayetteville. When
this area is connected to the bike path via the White River Bridge, there will be tremdous opportunities for recreation
for residents. The golf course is a unique compontent to this mix.
This is a more comprehensive package to previous request and the current plat, as it is a solution for a larger tract of
land to ensure cohesive development. I believe this proposal will get around the "postage stamp" approach.
Thank you for your conisderation,
David Randle
