Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Good Morning. You requested that we send some photos of flood issues from Dead Horse Mountain. I have attached some & left the dates at the top. We moved here 7/17 & the first flooding for us was 1 2/18. I do realize homes will be built, we would just like to be sure that there is no more flooding than what we already have. I’m not sure my homemade wall could withstand heavier flooding. I have had to call the city once when the manhole cover was blown up after one flood. That cover is at the dead end where the drainage for the city goes under the road. At times the whole road from the dead end flows up Cherry Hills & also goes around the curve on Pumpkin Ridge. Those are the last photos I have taken. It sure was a mess to clean up. We appreciate the interest you have shown. I realize with progress comes changes, but I am still concerned with the commerce part of section for coffee shop, mercantile, etc. The builders son told me the kind with apartments on top. That surprised me. But again, thank you for your time. Susan Bules 2
