I wanted to voice my concerns with this project. I would like my representatives to explain the how for this project, specifically: 1. How do we plan to provide water, sewer, and trash to 900 new units to our area? As I see it, we are already having issues keeping up with trash services and I am not sure if we have the water pressure or infrastructure to accommodate a new community. 2. How to we plan to manage traffic flow in this area? Currently, there is only one traffic light and congestion is already a concern. 3. How do we plan to accommodate new students? We have already received notices that the school is full and that they have to deny certain students access to the schools (school of choice vouchers). If we add more students, does that mean that we are adding schools? I'm sure there are other concerns, but I wanted to bring these to your attention as it is very concerning that these have not been addressed. I would greatly appreciate a response to this. I know you all are incredibly busy, but I do want to make sure that my voice is heard and that you are thinking through this process.
