1. Call to Order:

2. Approval of Meeting Minutes — Minutes are Video Archived
3. Follow-up Items from the Previous Meeting -
Chinquapin project — emailed them to see if we can form a partnership, 1 am planning to get one
planted on the square. I am working on a program for this. 1 never heard back from them??
Goals for the Board Direction. —
Little Rock Releaf program- I met with Leland Couch the director of parks. I gave him names for
a resource.

b. Tree Vacation on Raising Cains
c. Weddington Project Follow Up
5. Tree Project -
Spring Plantings complete by UF- 98 trees planted,
• Giveaways and Bounty complete- I have away 250 plants for the Bounty and another 200 for
Earth Days. We planted 98 trees and gave away 450 for the spring of 2023
Fall Projects
• Lake Fayetteville- Planning, Potentially 130 trees
• Vantage Drive — Plans complete and internal review- 30 trees Moved to the fall- Spotlight Plans
• Harmony Point Park- Internal Reviews -53 trees Moved to the fall — Spotlight plans
• Persimmon Blvd- Plans complete Moved to the fall
• Clarence Craft Park- Plans complete
• Rodney Ryan new block — Plans done- 20 trees
• Rodney Ryan Re Savanna — planning, potentially 100 trees
• Owl Creek — Planning — potentially 75 trees
• Byari Park — Planning, reforestation- 50 trees
• Clabber Creek- Plans complete — 31 trees Moved to the fall- Spotlight plans
6. Project updates
A. Urban Forestry Management Plan Update. — They are working on final drafts and will send them over
for review.
a. We got the final draft and reviewed and sent it back to Plan It Geo.
