I live at 88 E 4th St, just up the street from 515 S College. I'm writing to express support for the proposed rezoning to DG
at that address.
It appears compatible since adjacent properties are already DG, and there are other mid block DG properties in the
neighborhood.
As a neighbor right up the street less than 2 blocks away, we would be excited to welcome new neighbors, and would
hope that increased density would help support new opportunities for commercial uses in the neighborhood.
We would support the rezoning without any additional bill of assurance or height restriction, as well.
