ITEM # 5: Receiving of Reports: Airport Services Manager's Report: • AIRPORT ACTIVITY: Tower operations for August totaled 2,378, reflecting a decrease from both September of this year and from October 2021. This dip is most likely a combination of factors, namely the ongoing night closures related to the runway rehabilitation project and Arkansas football's single home game this month. October fuel sales totaled 74,252 gallons, an increase over September but a decrease from 2021. PAGE 1 OF 2 • FAA RUNWAY REHAB AND LIGHTING PROJECT: We are in the final stages of completing this project with the final runway closure taking place this week if weather permits. The runway is now complete and the only remaining work involves drainage improvements off pavement and repair work to the fuel farm road. • FUEL FARM REHAB: Due to the technical nature of this project the bid opening was moved from November 1s' to the 8`" at the request of the bidders. We received a single bid from Bassco Services and we expect to be able to move forward with their proposal pending council approval. • T-HANGARS: David's Roofing has completed the T-Hangar roofing rehabilitation work. We are pleased with the results and I believe it will help alleviate some of our flooding issues in the hangars. • GROUND LEASES: I have received two additional requests for ground lease agreements this month, which would bring the total for this year to nine new hangars, pending their approval. • UPCOMING PROJECTS: As we near the end of 2022 its time to begin preparing for 2023's projects. We are in the preliminary stages of several, including updating the Airport Master Plan, upgrading and clearing the wildlife fencing on the south and east sides of the field, and the design work for the expansion of taxiway E. More to follow as these projects unfold. Financial Report: As of November 30, 2022 the FBO revenue totaled $3,658,636.39 and the expenses totaled $3,260,591.53 for a total profit of $398,044.86. There are no vacant T-Hangars with 83 people on the waiting list. No new hangar leases was signed in November. MEETING ADJOURNED AT 3:07 pm. Monty Roberts, Secretary Date PAGE 2OF2
