To Whom It May Concern,
Over developing the downtown area is not conducive to a "cool and fun" downtown Fayetteville. I want to voice my
opinion against a large hotel downtown, while voicing my support for the actions taken by the Walton Art Center to ensure
proper and adequate parking, as promised, regardless of the direction of development.
