To the Fayetteville City Council;
I am unable to attend tonight's meeting in person as I am currently traveling out of state. However, I am very concerned
about the proposed development on the south end of the Civic Plaza and the possible negative impact it may have on
parking. My wife and I regularly attend functions at the Walton Arts Center and surrounding entertainment venues.
Parking is already inconvenient at times. With the addition of the proposed hotel and the very limited number of parking
spaces planned, I feel this will make parking even worse and ultimately harm the WAC and other businesses in the area.
I hope that you will study this issue very carefully before agreeing to the proposal to allow a 130 room hotel while only
providing 32 additional parking spaces.
