City Council Members,
I have more data for your consideration regarding a proposed 130 room hotel on the south end of the WAC parking lot.
The national average for parking spaces per hotel room is 1.24 therefore for a 130 room hotel should provide 161
parking spots.
The design of that space did not show that big of structure for that end of the WAC lot. I foresaw a smaller building with
underground parking to service the building.
