To Fayetteville City Council,
As a resident in NWA I have enjoyed attending the Walton Art Center and have subscribed for many years to their
Broadway Series. My family and I have also enjoyed the downtown restaurants and activities including the farmers
market, bar crawl, etc.
We have great concern hearing about a 130 room hotel bring built and only supplying 37 parking spaces for the hotel. As
you know many hotels fill up for the numerous events in Fayetteville.
Additional Parking needs to be made for the hotel patrons and employees. The hotel needs to add additional spaces for
them to use. Please do not allow the hotel to take our already needed spaces for events.
Thank you for reading my email and considering an addition to the hotels parking spaces.
