Hello,
My name is Denise Lanuti and I strongly believe the hotel idea being placed on the south side of the now WAC parking
lot is an absolutely terrible idea on every level. Please don’t put it there. That will completely ruin the open concept
imagined for that space, the parking is already difficult, you can’t remove the parking lot and build a hotel and expect
things to work out.
Please reconsider the hotel. This is a huge decision, don’t let let greed ruin this opportunity to have a fabulous piazza.
It will also ruin the skyline. If you imagine a 7 story hotel there, it doesn’t work.
The beauty of Fayetteville is being destroyed at every turn, protect the integrity of our beautiful city.
