I live 8 blocks from Dickson Street, and already nightly parking in my apartment complex property is a problem. If you
build a hotel with 130 rooms and do not provide a minimum of 100 parking places, it's going to get even worse for
everyone who lives in this area.
Please do not build the hotel if an adequate number of permanent parking places for that hotel is not included.
