Subject:Parking in the Entertainment District

I am not in favor of a hotel that only has 36 parking places when parking in the Entertainment District is already a big
detriment enticing people to enjoy the area. Surely, the city has a code that requires specific parking spaces per unit of
rooms. If not, our leadership is functioning more like Fort Smith, AR which isn’t a model to mimic.
This decision should be easy.
