We recently learned of some of the plans for the Civic Plaza. We are patrons of the Walton Arts Center, Theater
Squared, and often park for bike rides around Fayetteville in this lot.
We live near downtown Bentonville and have seen how critical parking is in developing business in the area. We would
strongly encourage there be a comprehensive parking plan BEFORE building plans are approved.
