I agree with Walton Art Center that parking space needs must be analyzed and obvious
problems solved so as to minimize adverse effects on existing entities. My wife and
I are elderly and would be unable to attend events with off-site parking only.
Specifically, the proposed hotel should not be permitted under its present proposal.
