As a citizen of Fayetteville, a Walton Arts and T2 volunteer and patron, I am very concerned about another hotel being
built that is going to require more parking, which we are already short on in the downtown entertainment district. I beg
you all to carefully consider the planned expansion of the Art Center by adding a hotel.
The less parking there is, the less folks will visit the downtown area - and as you know, we do not have the best form of
public transportation either to get folks downtown!
Before anything else is approved to be built in this area, let's focus on getting parking corrected first.
