Subject:Parking in the Entertainment District

Good Afternoon,
I love Fayetteville and the downtown area. I not only work on the square but I frequent the entertainment
district that has so many wonderful businesses. Up until this point, the area has been planned and designed
with the consumer in mind. Speaking as a consumer - I wanted to say thank you.
Recently, it has come to my attention that the best laid plans for the downtown entertainment districts
expansion are moving ahead with little thought (specifically the proposed hotel) given to having adequate
parking for the guests of not only the new hotel but the current venues in this area. Parking is already
becoming an issue in this area due to our population growth. Adding these large businesses with little thought
on the part of the planners to provide adequate parking is disappointing. I know you all want to do the right
thing for our beloved Fayetteville.

I am only one voice but I cannot attend the upcoming meeting on November 1 so I'm emailing you for my
one voice to join the others and hopefully be heard by the decision makers surrounding this issue.
Thank you in advance for your time in thinking over what I have said - I hope you have a lovely day.
Sincerely,
Lettie Chaisson
