Fayetteville City Council--
Thank you for your service to our incredible community.
Before the current proposal to build a new hotel with limited parking and significantly impact parking for established
businesses that are so integral to our community is considered, the results of the pending parking study of the
entertainment district's current and future needs should be complete. It's shortsighted and potentially disastrous to
make such important decisions before this study is complete and without being fully informed. The risk far outweighs
any reward. Let's wait until we have all of the information before a decision is made.
