Fayetteville Ciy Council members,
The news of a potential hotel at the south end of the planned civic space, plus one at the north end is exciting. However,
I don’t believe the city should allow either project to proceed until a parking study is completed and any shortage of
parking highlighted by the study addressed.
Walton Arts Center, the businesses in the Dickson Street Entertain District and those that will develop are important to
the residents of Fayetteville and to the University of Arkansas, and adequate parking is essential to those businesses.
Please wait until the parking study is complete and needs addressed before allowing these projects to proceed.
