A 130 room hotel with 32 parking spaces isn’t a good idea. Parking is already a problem in that part of Fayetteville. So
much so, that I do not go to that area much. I used to go to Dickson Street quite often. Isn’t the intent of an arts corridor
to be an attraction for citizens of Fayetteville? A hotel is NOT an attraction for citizens of Fayetteville.
