To our Council members,
Please wait until the upcoming Parking Survey and analysis (paid for by my fellow Dickson Street property and Business
owners and operators) is finished to determine parking requirements for the commercial/ hotel project on the south
side of the Ramble. Careful study of the effect that this and other ongoing developments will have on the heart of
Fayetteville, our Entertainment District, is absolutely required.
Please understand I am not opposed to the development itself. I am for it. I am only concerned that it become an
addition to our neighborhood, not a liability.
