Hello,
I stand with the Walton Arts Center Council in that the Letter of Intent for the proposal to develop a 130-
room hotel on the South end of the Civic Plaza sufficiently lacks careful identification of
adequate parking. I support additional development decisions of the hotel being be put on
hold until the results of the Walton Arts Center Council's comprehensive parking study are
available post study completion in December 2022.
