I have read the proposal for the hotel that is to be discussed 11/1. Parking or lack there of on Dixon street is a significant
problem. It is even worse if you consider any sort of disability, especially with the hilly terrain. Any future development
proposal should include the parking required for that proposed business. If you build it they will come without
necessary parking should not apply to the city plans for a cultural arts corridor to be enjoyed by all.
