Hello,
I can't attend the next city council meeting, so I'm writing to say that I think it's incredibly important to take the time to
carefully consider the parking needs in the downtown area before plans for the South-end hotel are finalized.
I would hate to see the Walton Arts Center and surrounding businesses impacted negatively by the lack of parking. I
already avoid going downtown during busy times due to the lack of parking. If it were to get worse, I'm sad to say that I
(and possibly many other citizens) might avoid downtown altogether.
