Dear Councilmembers,
Many residents in our Parksdale Neighborhood conservation do not want Type 2 short term rentals in our
neighborhood. We feel betrayed because when you gave us neighborhood conservation, short term rentals were not a
permitted use. We love our neighborhood, and wish to conserve it. Please vote no on lifting restrictions on Type 2 until
you make an exception for neighborhood conservation districts. Thank you.
