4. Conference Report — John Attended Texas ISA tree conference in Waco TX. Follow up
and share information with the board.
5. Stickers and shirts- Keep Fayetteville Shady- Lacy
6. Celebration of Trees- Who will be there? we will be organizing this a little better. Maybe a
walkie talkie to let folks we ran out of a specific plant. Last meeting before we have the
event for this group.

9. Tree Escrow Project — Board and Staff
a. 2022 Plans — Staff — Wayne Street and Gulley Orchard
b. Potential Projects — would the board like to identify potential planting project
locations?
10. Project updates -
A. Hose bib- The meter is set and backflow testing is almost done.
B. Tree label program for 2022/2023 (Tree trail program) — Starting with Mexican Plum
and American Holly on the Sequoyah woods Trail.
C. Edible food tree labels. Color code
D. Urban Forestry Management Plan Update. — Survey to the public is going out, also
they are taking GIS inventory.
E. I am working on Fall projects

months.

Senior Citizen center Tree planting. In house trees are order payed for and will
