Kara,
Would you please distribute the attached files (1-page each) to the Mayor and City Council? The information is
my summation of the renaming of Leroy Pond Drive and Archibald Yell Drive and represents my views only
and not those of any organization of which I am or have been a member. There’s a cover page and then a page
of local history and commentary. My purpose is to express my reluctance to support renaming streets and so
forth until the full history and contribution of the person being replaced is more fully known and soberly
evaluated.
