Tom Bohannan, 48 South Palmer Ave...40 year resident....The rezoning would be totally different to any other resident
in this area, in fact it ruins a long time residential area. Long time residents are strongly opposed. Most have yards and
space not crammed in ten feet from the next house. Drainage and traffic problems and lower property values will follow.
1
