We need to look at evidence based practices like hardening our schools, social workers, nurses, counselors not to traumatize or children, criminalize child behavior, feed the school to prison pipeline not a hammer that looks at children as nails with proven bias to race, poverty and disability. We can do better. Is it protection and indoctrination to the prison industrial complex. Also need time to look at up to date FPD data on policing our children for bias. Scott Mashburn Ward 2. 2
