Palmer Place CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the City of Fayetteville. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. OPPOSE REZONING APPEAL RZN 22-029 (1678 W. PALMER PLACE) Good Morning, I am writing you to ask that you please vote to oppose the rezoning on item C.7: 2022-0695, Appeal RZN 22-029 (1678 W. Palmer Place) 1 This zoning request is not compatible with the structure of this neighborhood. This neighborhood is already dealing with the effects of an encroaching university and other large scale development, frat parties in a family neighborhood, excessive traffic and parking issues, loss of tree canopy and wildlife habitat and excessive drainage run-off. The city ordinance restricting more than 3 unrelated tenants of a home is unenforced and ignored unless it fits other objectives - causing family homes to be inhabited by more tenants than designed for. A line needs to be drawn between developers looking to make a large profit and walk away and the rights/needs of longtime Fayetteville residents/homeowners whose quality of life is being infringed upon. Please vote no to this rezoning request. Thank you for your time and service. Thank you, Kelly Gunter 1635 W. Hotz Drive 479-582-5603 2
