Dear Council and Mayor,
I am writing you to ask that you please vote to oppose the rezoning on item
1
C.7: 2022-0695, Appeal RZN 22-029 (1678 W. Palmer Pl).
Please understand that this rezoning request is not compatible with the existing University Heights neighborhood.
Nettleship St serves as a great divide between our low density neighborhood and the high density now on Nettleship
Street. Please vote against the appeal to rezone 1678 W. Palmer Place.
