BACKGROUND: The Fayetteville Police Department receives many complaints about large vehicle parking within the City. The wording of the ordinance as it relates to recreational type vehicles is vague and potentially unenforceable. DISCUSSION: The addition of this language to the current ordinance will cover these types of large vehicles and will increase the safety for traffic and pedestrians.
