Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. I live in Brookburry and my property almost backs up to this three acre lot. My concern is that Mr. Bearden has NOT been honest and forthright with either the city or various neighbors of mine that have talked with him directly. Please require Mr. Bearden to present the definitive document below so that we can all understand his true and real intent with this property and then we can all honestly access the impact on traffic in the area and congestion. Thank you, Ted Borgstadt. 3102 Summershade Drive. Robert Rhodes reached out and had a conversation with Mr Bearden. Mr Rhodes has asked the council to deny Mr Bearden's RZN request. Please read... This evening I talked with the developer from Fort Smith, Mr. Bearden, pleading with him to offer a Bill of Assurance to limit the density of his RSF-4 by any little bit on behalf of his future neighbors measuring over 100 homes ( Brookbury by itself has 97) in order to assuage their concerns over traffic safety, flooding, lack of connectivity (12 lots in a cul de sac), general incompatibility, etc. He kept on saying that he publically said all he was going to say. Finally, I asked to give me a yes or no to our request and he wouldn’t… just that publically he said all he was going to say. I can only presume that his careful use of the words I “intend’ to just have two homes there is to give him room to change his intentions or sell it to someone who maxes out the density. Please deny his RZN request. Thx RKR Ted R. Borgstadt 479-790-7576 (m) The information contained in this email message and any attachments may be privileged and/or confidential.
