Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. 1 This evening I talked with the developer from Fort Smith, Mr. Bearden, pleading with him to offer a Bill of Assurance to limit the density of his RSF-4 by any little bit on behalf of his future neighbors measuring over 100 homes ( Brookbury by itself has 97) in order to assuage their concerns over traffic safety, flooding, lack of connectivity (12 lots in a cul de sac), general incompatibility, etc. He kept on saying that he publically said all he was going to say. Finally, I asked to give me a yes or no to our request and he wouldn’t… just that publically he said all he was going to say. I can only presume that his careful use of the words I “intend’ to just have two homes there is to give him room to change his intentions or sell it to someone who maxes out the density. Please deny his RZN request. Per discussion with Mr. Jonathan Curth, Senior Services Director for the City of Fayetteville, the neighbors would feel much better with a Bill of Assurance which would state that your plan for the entire property will not exceed 4 homes.
