Every single morning when I leave for school I wait for 10 minutes to get the the light. Skillern is used as an overflow traffic street for people going east on 45 when the traffic is bad there. We already have traffic issues and overcrowding during the school year. Putting 12 houses on those acres would create even more issues. Please leave the zoning as it is and keep the integrity of that property and of the area. There are also flooding issues in our neighborhood. Vote NO to rezoning this area off of Skillern. Thank you.
