Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. I wish to support any ordinance forbidding the establishment of commercial pet sales in Fayetteville, Having been a dog owner all my 90 years of life, and having known people in the puppy mill business, I am familiar with the fate and conditions too often suffered by the animals involved. Buying from a qualified breeder is much safer and often less expensive. Adopting from a rescue organization or the city or county pound is kinder, wiser, and saves innocent lives. Unfortunately we residents often see a glut of lost and abandoned animals at each semester change, which is a sad commentary on our city. Carolyn Banks 2
