Per discussion with Mr. Jonathan Curth, Senior Services Director for the City of Fayetteville, the neighbors would feel much better with a Bill of Assurance which would state that your plan for the entire property will not exceed 4 homes. The Brookbury Neighborhood would appreciate your consideration to work with Mr. Curth to add a Bill of Assurance to your rezoning request. 2 If you would like to discuss this further, please call me at 479-422-6548.
