Dear Mr. Bearden,
The Brookbury Property Owners Association is writing to ask if you would consider adding a Bill of Assurance
along with the RSF-4 zoning request for the property at 3160 Skillern Road.
Per discussion with Mr. Jonathan Curth, Senior Services Director for the City of Fayetteville, the neighbors
would feel much better with a Bill of Assurance which would state that your plan for the entire property will not
exceed 4 homes.
The Brookbury Neighborhood would appreciate your consideration to work with Mr. Curth to add a Bill of
Assurance to your rezoning request.
