Hi Jessica
Hi, my name is Clint Hofer and I'm directly adjacent to this rezone request on Happy Hollow Rd.
I wanted to share my opinion that this property NOT be rezoned from RSF-4 to (NC).
I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars building my family home, a development like this would drastically
affect my house and property with the amount of water runoff being directed to my property.
This proposed property sits near a peak in the road grade that has a blind spot. There have already been
numerous accidents and developing the property would create more incidents.
The amount of traffic, parking and noise would not fit with the quiet street Happy Hollow Road is.
Since this property does not have access to the road behind the property, it would essentially create a giant
culdesac.
This street is a two lane, non-lit street with no stripes or marketing and would not be ideal for adding more
traffic.
Thank you for your consideration.
Clint
