Dear Ms Paxton,
I’m a resident of Brookbury woods in Fayetteville.
I’m writing to you in regards to the zoning on the property on Skillern
Skillets is two lane street that every morning takes 30 m to get through during the school year.
My request along w most of my neighbors is to change the zoning of this property to a max 2 home.
This will help with over crowding, traffic flow and maintaining the character of the neighborhood.
