Hello,
My name is James M. Price, a property owner/resident in the Brookbury Woods subdivision in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
I am asking the City Council to consider RSF-2 zoning not RSF-4 for the 3160 Skillern Road property that will be before
the council on July 5th.
I am concerned about increased traffic on Skillern and rainwater runoff issues to the surrounding areas. Also, I have a
concern of setting a precedent for future rezoning of nearby properties.
