City Council Members,
Please consider zoning 3160 Skillern Rd RSF-2 instead of RSF-4. The traffic on Skillern between Oakland Zion and
Crossover is already terrible at peak hours. Ideally Skillern would be widened before any new construction starts on this
project. We have lived in Brookbury Woods for 12 years and welcome the expansion. It’s Northwest Arkansas, we get it.
There’s construction everywhere. Just seems like RSF-4 is very much overcrowding the area given the infrastructure.
