Hello,
My name is Lynne Michelle Price, a property owner/resident in the Brookbury Woods
subdivision in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
I am asking the City Council to consider RSF-2 zoning not RSF-4 for the 3160 Skillern
Road property that will be before the council on July 5th.
I am concerned about increased traffic on Skillern and rainwater runoff issues to the surrounding
areas. Also, the concern of setting a precedent for future property rezoning of the adjacent 2
properties east of the 3160 Skillern Road property.
