This email is concerning the rezoning of the above mentioned property. I ask the city council to consider limiting the
number of homes to built on this property. This property is located on a very busy and narrow 2 laned road. There is
also a blind curve which would make this extremely dangerous. Putting a larger number of houses would increase the
number of cars on this already busy road. Bike and pedestrian traffic has also increased and there is not any kind
shoulder, bike lane or trail in order to get to the trail located on Crossover and Old Wire. Another concern of course
would be flooding to those located downhill from this property. Building that many homes and adding all those
concrete driveways will create flooding issues for the homeowners nearby. I hope you will please consider limiting the
number of houses on this lot. Thank you!
