We understand the property at 3160 Skillern will be zoned at the next City Council meeting. We hope you will consider zoning as RSF-2 instead of RSF-4. This will allow the current owner to build 1-2 properties on the land which he has communicated is his plan. We are concerned he may change his plan and build cluster homes or sell the property and the new owner may build up to 12 homes on the property. Our primary concern with cluster homes or 12 additional properties is the traffic on Skillern. During the school year, residents use Skillern as a cut through to Crossover and traffic backs up past the Savannah neighborhood. In addition, many children and adults run or ride bikes on Skillern to access the bike trial on Crossover. Residents do not abide by the 35 mph speed limit, which makes it dangerous for bikers, runners, and walkers. Additional homes/residents will just add to this problem which has not been resolved. We hope you will consider our recommendation. Thank you, Laura and Neal Simmons Sent from my iPhone 1
