Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Per discussion with Mr. Ryan Umberger, Senior Planner for the City of Fayetteville, RSF-2 zoning would be sufficient for the one to two homes expected to be built on the 2.84 acre property by Mr Bearden. The Brookbury Woods neighborhood would appreciate the City Council’s consideration of RSF-2 zoning for the 3160 E Skillern Rd Property. We have experienced significant flooding and increased traffic flow in recent years. The RSF-2 zoning would ensure minimal disruption to the current state and maintain what we all love about our part of East Fayetteville. Thank you, Brookbury Woods POA Past President Steve Petruconis (479) 200-2103 President Farell Sexton Vice President Paul Crawford Ann Gearity Treasurer / Secretary Holly Harris Violations Chair Meggan Bell Communications Chair 1
