Incidentally, the same piece of property also showed a septic field. I did not tell them that they "should have been told we needed to be annexed". I simply explained there were 2 ways to get on sewer, annexation or council approval of the sewer connection. Happy to discuss as needed, just let me know. This is requesting an exception to be made on tapping into the city sewer without being annexed.1528 5 Roberts Road Ashely Fitzgerald. residence. According to Ashley, Our land was surveyed and we proposed a new waterline and a sewer line. The city planning department had stamped it for their approval. It was an oversight by some folks down town thinking we were city instead of county. We were told we were good to go and started our build. Corey Granderson said we should have been told we needed to be annexed and we should have been told this very important information before starting our build. You can see the position we are in and we rely heavily on the information we receive from the city. Time is of the essence and this could have been dealt with months ago. We are thousands in and past permits and things like that. I have cc'd Corey Granderson on this email. Corey can provide additional insight. Best Regards, D'Andre L.
