BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville. Arkansas hereby approves the purchase of
four Hustler Super Z mowers from Williams Tractor, Inc. in the total amount of $38,902.00, plus any
applicable sales taxes and freight charges, pursuant to a Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract.

CITY COUNCIL MEMO
RECOMMENDATION:
Council approves the purchase of four Hustler mowers using Sourcewell Cooperative Contract
pricing in the total amount of $38,902.00 through Williams Tractor of Fayetteville, AR.
BACKGROUND:
Unit 5088 is a 2016 Kubota Riding Mower with 14.9/15 points. Unit 5071 is a 2016 Kubota
Riding Mower with 14.9/15 points. Parks Maintenance Division also has two 2022 approved
expansions.
DISCUSSION:
Utilizing Sourcewell contract pricing through Williams Tractor of Fayetteville, AR the City has
available: two Hustler Super Z mowers for $10,629.00, one Hustler Super S 48" Stand -on
Mower for $7,578.00, and one Super Z 54" Side Discharge mower for $10,066 for a total of
$38,902.00
BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT:
Sufficient funds have been budgeted and collected for this purchase.
This item was presented to the December 141", 2021 Equipment Committee.
