BACKGROUND: The City network of sidewalks and trails provide a safe and efficient means of active transportation. Each year funding is allocated for continuing the enhancement of this growing system. Currently approximately 20 miles of trails have energy efficient LED lighting. DISCUSSION: Staff recommends awarding this bid to Premier Lighting Group in order to match the design of existing lights, fixtures, and poles.
