A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF
$13,143.00 REPRESENTING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
INCOME AND DONATIONS FROM CITIZENS AND LOCAL BUSINESSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby approves a budget
adjustment, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution, in the total amount of $13,143.00
representing Community Development Block Grant Program income from three rehabilitation lien
payoffs in the amount of $12,498.00 and donations from citizens and local businesses to Ranger's
Pantry, AniMeals, and the Senior Giving Tree in the amount of $645.00.

SUBJECT: Approval of a Budget Adjustment for the Community Resources Ddpartment
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of a budget adjustment to recognize and budget CDBG program
income totaling $12,498.00 and donations to Ranger's Pantry/ AniMeals/ Senior Giving Tree in
the amount of $645.00.
BACKGROUND:
Community Resources would like to recognize program income from three lien payoffs, as well
as donations from citizens.
DISCUSSION:
The program income being recognized consists of three rehabilitation lien payments totaling
$12,498.00 for properties located at 435 W. Washington Ave., 2809 Quail Dr. and
800 Pittman Ave.
The total amount of donations being recognized is $645.00.
BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT:
Increasing Housing Contract Services by $12,498.00.
Increase Community Outreach Projects by $645.00
